Patrick Skinner – The Role of Intelligence in Fighting Terrorism

Skinner is a former CIA Clandestine Officer who is now Director of Special Projects for the Soufan Group, a security consulting and analysis company. In this interview with David — done shortly after terrorist attacks in Paris — he talks about how the explosion in intelligence gathering tools and resulting data collection does not seem to translate into better abilities to fight terrorism.
