Ellen Barry – Kazakhstan Elections
David speaks with NY Times foreign correspondent Ellen Barry about the recent Kazakhstan elections, which took place on April 3. Ellen explains how these elections were only interesting because most citizens of Kazakhstan are certainly on board with their current President Nursultan Nazarbayev. Nazarbayev was elected with 95% of the vote for his 3rd term in office.
